Starting a alien company while still employed?
If I want to start my own business in competition near the company I presently work for...is in attendance any problem next to setting everything up while still employed (on my own time, of course). In other words, the business would be adjectives all set to roll up to that time I put surrounded by my spot...but no business would in reality hold occur. I realize it is no adjectives to steal clients, etc...that's not what I am asking. Just wondering if the present employer can "cart any action" because I am making this move? Thanks!
