I'm starting a current photo/design business (in incorporation to an IT consultancy). I be trying to partner up near a guy that greatly of inhabitants really close to surrounded by our small town (he have a bunch of photo equipment that I required to utilize and plentifully of free time to pinch pictures). Today we have an appointment to group and sign our partnership agreement and later we have a impressively prominent telephone to generate near a potential client. He flaked. I call him multiple times, but he never responded. I go to his house (where we be supposed to meet), and I could see he be home, but he wasn't answering his door - I suspect he was still asleep. I arranged this be totally unprofessional and something I don't ever want to business near again. I call the client and put together the concord on my own. I'll do the work myself.

I'm concerned roughly public back-lash. It could be doomed to failure if potential clients to hear I handle him poorly.
