I know that I can newly hire an attorney, but I do not hold the resources for that. If I purely create the business (it will be an online business) and incorporate in a state, will the state department transmit me if it is legally recognized or not, or will I simply closing up getting sued if it is criminal. Actually hiring an attorney is not as expensive as you chew over. Those days are over. If you hold cable you can afford an Attorney to obtain the back you involve.
