PayPal Question?
I bought an item on eBay and the retailer arranged not to transport the item and contribute me support a full return instead. This have be a few days ago and when I logged onto my PayPal reason it say that the money be refund. However, it still hasn't appeared on my credit card. Does the money run straight to the credit card I used to settle up for the item or does the money step to my PayPal reason? I have need of to know for sure which one it is.
