yes, don't pay packet them! ponder around: how do they know your designation / address - enjoy you participate within some sort of canadian lottery? probably not, so stay away.
It's most possible a scam. If you want to be sure, you can other try calling the company and later if you truly gain a legitimate company you can try checking them out beside Canadian authorities. Otherwise you could purely throw the message surrounded by the trash and consider it money save.

its a scam, trustworthy companies don't ask you to convey them money, try copying and pasting the notification into a look into engine and you may find that somewhere on the internet nearby is a website which tell you that it is a scam.
