How do you know that a living interview go powerfully?

If an employer does not grant you his or her business card following the interview, and if they do not mention how soon they plan to achieve backbone beside you, are these indirect signs that they are not interested in hiring you?

Not necessarily, but probably. You should hold politely asked for both to permit the potential employer know you be interested in working for them. I am not aware of several interviewers that would volunteer when the decision be going to be made unless asked because their job consist of so much more than interviewing. They probably hold reports and meeting and each day deeds that are time consuming that hold nil to do beside the hiring process to do as powerfully. I would reccommend sending a thank you file to the personality for the interview. A thank you card can oblige smooth over a rough rapport or increase accurate rapport and get the personage thinking going on for you again. It shows strong professionalism to convey a card, no business how the interview go.
