Secretary problem ...again?

I run a company, I with the sole purpose report to the owner of the company when needed. It come to my attention that my secretary have befriend the owner outside work hours and allowes herself to reports on me. How should I feel this?

I am not quitting my duty.

How do you know this? Does the owner relay the information to you? If so, is it true or false, suitable or discouraging?

If it is true, and discouraging, use it to amend your work traditions.

So what. If you are doing your undertaking economically, her reports can singular assistance you. Otherwise, don't you feel you should return with reported anyway?
