I would approaching to expand an internet store for appurtenances that I made. Is near any rules and regulations for owning online store? Any duty to clear ( I bet I wont earn satisfactory money to wages for rates though.) Please counsel me for any comments. Thank you.

as far as I know, you don't own to record for export tax unless you create more than $600/year otherwise it is considered miscellanious income.
