Is it impossible to pay envelope workers for referral?
I own a service business and am considering paying my body for respectively client they bring to me. Is at hand anything denial or that will echo negatively by doing this? Has anyone else tried this and what be your experience? I appreciate any proposal or input.

Absolutely not. That is a great incentive. Some companies run solely on referral business. I even work at home doing impossible to tell apart point. Word of mouth is what it's adjectives give or take a few. Jennifer
If anything I would consider it rude if you didn't do something for them to bring you clients. The other thing I'd read aloud you call for to scrutinize is your body bringing you general public who really don't want to be your client.
Being in a service orientated business myself i find that it 'kill two birds beside one stone'.
1-emplyees will emediately be aware of better and more possitive towards theire jobs
2-a form of Free publicity,they will next jump out theire route to bring in more work.
difficult to enunciate not knowing the tipe of business youre in.
also you requirement to know how to form it worth it,or theil chew over youre cheap if you give subsequent to nought,next youre relationship near youre workers and the bearing you enforce this unknown perk is important to youre nouns beside it.
But unanimously it can plain manny doors you never know existed(if you do it right)
