I am planning to start my own small retail store in or in close proximity Glendale CA. I am thinking going on for introductory a type of dressup/makeover store for kids where on earth they can come and play dressup, hold makeovers and even purchase costumes. The type of place that will also hold birthday party etc...Mostly geared towards girls 10 and below.
