Working near a Business Partner beside MS... I entail warning!?
My business partner have MS. She is mid 20's and have impair walking fitness presently. She can put your foot, but at times she falls, etc. Our business depends on us human being somewhat physical.
I am also finding that she also doesn't reward much attention to details, forgets things at times (which as expected affects our image) and almost won't proactively discuss possibilites and ways of managing (ie. she tend to be purely reactive once she have have a relapse or is unwell, in consequence departure the business solely up to me).
I have a feeling helpless, and sometimes annoyed because I am more than comfortable to discuss alternative possibilities and ways to survive her restricted mobility when at hand are physically demanding tasks to be done, but it seem I can't (she take it personally) and leaves it up to me.
What should I do? I don't fully read MS and am really anxious and disbelieving roughly my profession adjectives as I quality 'trapped'. I try to be compassionate and kindly, but next I grain I am taken lead of.

You requirement to sort arrangement to buy your partner out... and you involve to do it NOW..while you still can and she doesnt run the biz into the ground first.
You HAD to enjoy have some opinion of a succession plan when you aligned forces... IE how would one cart over the biz should the other die, divorce.. etc etc etc.
You call for to originate effecting of that plan NOW...
This aint personal.. this is business.. and for your business to survive you MUST guess of it that means of access. You can still supervision around your partner and what happen to her, but this is your own SURVIVAL...
MS is life-threatening.. and she will exceed away. sooner than after that... DO IT NOW...
