Small business loan to start up for International culture ?

I am seeking fund to buy an existing franchise here in Indonesia, so I scrabble via internet, but they are single for US or UK citizen..do you know site for International society approaching me who want to wish a loan to start my own business?

Beware of Advance payment Loan scam.
ALL "Private Lenders" who ask for fees upfront are scammers...
my Advice: Don't concord beside anyone from a foreign country and never use wire/bank verbs services.. you risk losing your $$ and your mind.
LOAN SCAM - Do Not Pay UpFront Fees.
Do not transport money UpFront via Western Union or MoneyGram to any being or business in the UK, Nigeria or Canada in hopes of getting a loan. If you do you will swot a tricky lesson & never see any Loan money.

Remember, if it sounds too good
to be true, it probably is! NEVER dispense out your personal information to those crooks!Always be on guard.
