Start a business or work?

My cousin owns a coffee shop business that he requirements to provide and start another house orient restaurant himself. His coffee shop make approx 50K to 65K profit a year and he plans to put on the market his coffee shop for 200K. I mull over by extending the business hour the coffee shop have a great potential of earn more than 75K or 80K a year.

Would this be a appropriate business for me to buy? I freshly get out of work and currently lives at home so I don't really enjoy monthly payments I hold to wages. If I buy the business consequently it'd probably mingy I will be within great debt for the first 4 years.

Should I simply look for a livelihood (avg earnings 30-40K) to increase my in your favour slowly very soon OR buy the business and be in a great debt very soon but eventually gain more money then?

Answers:
I go the risk-free route of going to a position that pays virtuous but I don't really go and get any fulfilment thinking I would gather to initiate a business. Now I am have a horrible time giving up the payment of my undertaking to do what I really want. My warning is to soar on the opportunity while it is available.
If you deduce you'd be up to it and that you own what it take to brand the business prosper. Why not?

If you believe that you'd eventually take more money then, get hold of the opportunity.

Opportunities close to this is intermittent.

And most successful relatives own started by taking risks and stepping out of their comfort zone.

Best of luck,
