Would you respect a 25 year ripened boss?
I am starting my own electrical contracting business and be curious to know wether it would generate any difference to you how outdated I be. If I come to quote you influence on the installation of an airconditioner, I am 25 and look impartially young-looking. Would this put you past its sell-by date going near my company(would you imagine i be inexperienced)??

I know exactly how you are attitude and the best suggestion I can hand over is "replicated it until you cause it." If you want the respectability that comes beside age, dress more maturely. If you are worried that someone who works for you won't respect you, or that a client will not hire you because of your age, basically pretend you aren't worried and prove to them that you know what you are doing. Eventually, they'll stop thinking nearly your age and switch on thinking more or less what you know. And, believe it or not, the race you gossip too will probably be resentful of you. I remember once get-together a couple of teenagers within Vegas who have begin their own website company and completed up making thousands of dollars creating a website for a university. I be just about ten years elder and green as hell that they be so successful at such a youthful age. Many nation will be of a mind to endow with you a foot to backing you, and they will probably envy you the expedition within the meantime.
