How do I start a business?
I am currently getting a website developed and want to incorporate a business around it. I will own 40% and need to somehow justifiably divide the other 60% between 5 people that I know within return for an investment. Step, by step... what books do I need to buy...? what forms do I stipulation to fill out? How do I divide the company earlier its incorporated? How do I start the company?
