My boss is going to hold me sign a non-compete form within direct to prevent me from quitting after my year is up and pipe my own business.
I want to know, can this form really prevent me from quitting after I bring back my license and hole my own business in duplicate county? Or is this form really a short time ago expected to erase the thought roughly speaking me slit my own business. I enjoy worked for 2 other bondsman, so he wouldnt enjoy qualified me everything more or less the business. Also, how long are they significant, if it can be used against me.
