Owners of an LLC getting sued over a business card? Personal Guarantee issues. Dissolution of Company?
I guaranteed the business card for an LLC that I started up next to my friend's LLC. The problem is that the card is delinquent. I know they'll dance after me for the money. I can switch that. The communication said they may run after the owners and officer of the company. Does this have it in mind my friend's company will be attacked? I thought owners of LLC's contained by this situation be shielded. I be beneath the mark that the LLC itself could obtain sued and whoever guaranteed the card could return with sued.
I've thought going on for have the LLC dissolved. If I did that, would it automatically put me contained by the file of fire as the one that guaranteed this business card? More importantly, would my friend's LLC which is a quantity owner be within trouble? Thanks.

This is a problem that your Attorney should be handling for you. You do enjoy one, do you not?
