Opening a small boutique?
can anyone tell me what you entail to do to open up a small boutique. i plan on doing my research on this, i simply figured i'd start by asking here to see if anyone have had personal experience and can only inform me of some things that you need to do.

Answers: Hi **STARR**, there are masses ways of approaching this question. I started my first business properly at the age of 18 and have be self-employed for 22 years now within several different businesses. I'd recommend a few things first and foremost. Though you don't say what considerate of boutique I'll still take a run at answering it all right.
1) If you can try and get a commission working at one for at least a few months. Why? Well I phone up it James Bond Style Research. If you do this you will get an opportunity to swot up all give or take a few the business - the good the discouraging and the ugly while someone else is paying you. So a rewarded education is style better than an unpaid education right??
2) Once you know this is still what you want to do, start to study the competition surrounded by the area and the local discount to decide if it is economically viable, if it make sense financially
3) Do a strategic business plan. Why? Well as I share with my small business coaching clients, it is not in the region of the finished product. When you think through a business in print, it is the process of thinking it through that makes sense. Traditional business planning is ok, but strategic business planning is even better.
4) Be sure this is something that you (your mom) really is excited almost, something she loves. Because if it is not... what will get you through the long hours and firm work? Passion is the only article that will.
