Ebay scam or legal?
i own posted a mobile phone for public sale on ebay but is on a 3 daylight auction i recieved an email from someone surrounded by nigeria aphorism they enjoy salaried me some money wen they havent even bid on it or won the item,consequently i bring an email from paypal maxim tis soul have remunerated me and i necessitate to post the item and seize a tracking number until that time the funds will be released into my story what the hell is going on is this a scam??

I be selling my older drum set and this one guy emailed me and told me to steal the post rotten the site becuz he be feeling like to income me the full price when I said after the price "or best contribute." It turns out that they ask you to chain the money at once after cashing the check because while the check have be wired to their "shipper", it take your guard a couple days to amount out that the check is fraudulent, even CASHIER'S CHECKS! I emailed the guy relating him to only distribute me a check for the exact amount and it be his responsibility to procure money to his shipper and if he give me his mail address, I would messages the $1500 check pay for to him uncashed. He refuse to afford me his address and newly persist on describing me to change the check. Finally, after almost a month of this crap support and forth I told the guy that I be smarter than he be and I know he be a scammer and that I be calling the check fraud department at the FBI and they would be capable of trace his mail address through the AOL email sketch of his that I would donate them. He stopped emailing me after that.
In your suitcase, the guy probably have a fraudulent mound side or something. Don't mess around beside it and never EVER ship out of the country unless the individual MAILS you CASH!

For spot on it's a scam. The e-mail from paypal isn't from paypal, but the scam artist contained by Nigeria hoping that you will click on a relationship that will bring you to a bogus paypal website that the scam artist have set up to bring adjectives your paypal information.
I am an ebay retailer and here is what you do.
1) never ever log into your ebay or paypal acount through an email knit.
2) Go to your eaby and paypal commentary directly.
If you sold the item your ebay description will imitate it. if nearby is an issue contained by paypal it will also show up as a despute contained by your paypal.

I am afraid Ebay is not immaculate and near are some in that whose intention it is to try to con bona fide member.
If your item is still planned on Ebay and the auction have not done next I cannot see how this character can hold bought it.
Also if he have rewarded through Paypal, they must own a dictation of it.
When an item is compensated via Paypal, the buyer agrees to pay packet, Paypal check their sketch to ensure the money is in that and start the process of withdrawing that expense from the buyers hill description or Paypal commentary.
They next distribute you confrimation that this have be done and it is OK for you to distribute the item to the buyer.
My warning is to contact both Paypal and Ebay going on for this.
Tell Paypal to provide you next to details of the clearing they hold received from the 'buyer' and also report them that this item have not be bought buy them. If the auction is still live, tolerate them know that too.
Contact Ebay and inform them of what is arranged, provide them the details of the item human being auctioned, description, item number etc and ask Ebay to investigate it urgently.
