Answers: You're asking a very specific permitted question (but lacking all the background needed to answer), and your real estate license is at risk if you perform improperly.
You MUST discuss this next to an attorney familiar beside RESPA. The advice you gain for free from strangers is worth exactly what you paid for it. (And in that are unethical general public who actually intentionally post "unpromising advice.")
Also, be aware that even if you break no law or regulations, certain practices may be prohibited by your insurer, or by other party with whom you own business relationships (lenders, trade associations).
In addition, if you arrange your business relationships surrounded by a way that appears to "conceal" relationships from clients, later you may be more vulnerable contained by a subsequent legal dispute (if a jury, authority, or arbitrator concludes that you acted deceptively or contrary to your client's best interest).
