Work Problem?
I work for a small commercial drawing company, and I'm the merely woman here. I enjoy more "big business" experience than the rest of the guys here, but I grain approaching my thinking aren't taken seriously. For example, we are have chronic problems next to an hand, so I suggested we demote him. The owner and broad inspector looked at me similar to they wish I would shut up and after started chitchat in the order of the opinion approaching it be their own brain child. I be the final to find out that the time of our congregation today be changed, even though I'm the one who organize adjectives the meeting. I'm really getting annoyed! Some of the guys even enunciate stuff lately to piss me sour, resembling women are inferior, travel get hold of me lunch, etc. How can I procure more respect at work short crying harrassment? I love my opportunity but I'm tired of self treated resembling I don't hold valid concept because I don't hold a d**k!

As long as you are the "minority" in the department you are other going to enjoy this problem. Even though you love this commission in that have to be something out here that will be a short time ago as substantial and not as one sided. By the method, if the owner or boss of the company is aware of the situation and does nought to correct it, it will never stop or cash no thing what you do. I don't presume this is a luggage of "harassment", it might be a valise of nouns.
