In the small business plans, is the transaction fees base on sale price of item or are the transaction fees base on the total including freight and shippin and handling??

If you are conversation of merchant accounts, the levy is base on the amount the customer rewarded to you -- even if that includes the sale price and the shipping fee
The amount you will take-home pay depends on the amount you swiped surrounded by the credit card electrical device or key contained by your credit card tool.
So if the total amount you swiped contained by the credit card of the customer is $100 -- even if the product amount is $90 and $10 is the shipping tax -- later your transaction and other fees wil be base on that $100.
