Is it possible to buy an excisting francise from a francisee short getting the mother shop involved?
Answers:
Aren't in attendance guidelines they own to follow, isn't it a contractual constraint?
Generally not.
Typically, the mother charity desires to know the franchisee, and hold some control over the franchise.
Recommend that you (or the franchisee) refer to the contract they hold beside the franchiser. Somewhere contained by in that will be the jargon and conditions for verbs of ownership.
The franchise is an agreement between the existing franchisee and the mother organisation. Usually these are not transferable and non-assignable. The mother organisation like to hang on to control of who it give franchises to.
depends ask the francisee or the mother orgnization but other sagacious probly not
I suspect you may enjoy to return with the mother organisation involved, read the small print in any paperwork and aim allowed suggestion, any from the citizens proposal bureau ( free ) or a solicitor.
My friend purely bought a francise from ther current owner/francisee. They aggreed but he still have to be approved by the mother org to preserve the francise pet name. Mother org looked at his financial and truly interviewed him over the phone.
