Burger /hot dog trailer business?

i want to start burger /hot dog trailer business in ipswich suffolk.
im not sure if i can tow a small trailer beside motor driving licence.
i passed my driving check on sept ultimate year
subsidise of licence show B,B1,F,K,P.
do i hold to do another tryout ,if yes where on earth and how much does it cost.
