Resale Certificate?
Hello, I live in Florida and I be wanting to purchase a product straight from the company that make it. They told me I any inevitability a resale tag or a business license. I go on Florida's website (www.myflorida.com) and you can register for Sales and Use Tax. From what I can get the drift if I register for Sales and Use Tax I will recieve a resale card. Am I correct or do I stipulation something else?

All the wholesaler is looking for is that number. They must enjoy it on journal so that they do not charge you sale due.
Items that you buy for resale are not subject to sale duty from the supplier. You do hold collect/pay them from the consumer when you put up for sale them.
