Is it possible to work for free within the US if you want to go and get experience?

Just that... wanted to know if it is decriminalized for an employer to arrange some kind of traineeship short payment within case he have no available spot for you but you still want to work in charge to acquire experience.

Answers:    Absolutely. Its an internship.

The issue you will find is that the target company will have to want to hold you for "free". For them, they will need to commit to training and working near you. That takes time from someone's light of day.

But, offering this is a very positive style to get something adjectives on your resume. Most employers will make out that you are a "go getter". You will necessitate to probably cold call or cold email to introduce yourself and construct the offer. This is adjectives very sensible experience as well.

Good luck!
