Candle Making Business?

I'm thinking almost making candles and selling them. I be wondering If I stipulation both a rights and a trademark? Do I involve a exclusive rights on respectively candle or an overall trademark. This will be my first time starting my own business.

Don't verbs give or take a few a rights. They are expensive and almost impossible to attain since near is probably nil you can do within this industry that hasn't already be done. You might want to trade fleck your designation so not a soul else can use that.
