My wife is pregnant and looking to start her own day exactness in our home. (Ohio) She would close to to get started soon but isn't sure where on earth to start. What kind of rates would be equal and what kind of rule assistance could she get to abet her with this? Is it better to give the government out of this and step without their assistance?
