When do you know that you should shift from Ebay to your own site?

I sell on Ebay and I hold been doing it for a several months immediately. Things are going good. I intend to plain my own
e-commerce website, I am just wondering when I should do it. I am not sure if I should do it until I start to turn a significant profit from my current platform (ebay) or if I should move forward near it regardless of what's going on with my ebay store. The ecommerce investment will be much greater (3-6K) and I lately wanted to know what others thought surrounded by terms of timing. When to approachable. Should my profits on ebay be the deciding factor? I know my profits could be greater off ebay because ebay and paypal rob me of a significant amount of money, but next again so would hosting fees, design fees, adverts, etc.

Answers:    You can do it presently, but you should still keep your ebay store begin (if you hadn't decided to already) programmed with the most frequently bought items. Whenever you go something, include a business card for your own website and other advertisements inside the bag. Maybe offer free shipping for that customer's first direct from your site, or some sort of discount. You can always close the site if it doesn't work out, and still be selling on ebay.
Stay next to Ebay and start your website now. It can pocket years to draw enough hits to a unknown website to turn a profit. It takes a long time to draw from to the top listing of explore engines so people can find your site, unless your prepared to spend the bucks to get in attendance.
