i want to know spacifics. dose the silent owner own all the business and work down the seans, if so how dose he controll the business when there is some one else working the business for him how dose that work?

If someone invests in your company, but leaves adjectives decisions up to you, they are your silent partner. They will still profit if you profit, but they can't share you what to do.
