My boss wishes constituent of my comission for him helping me on a massive project?
We are working together on a large sale project and he asked if I would split my commission if he would make me alot more money. I agreed thinking he be going above and beyond. In actuality he is just doing his available job and not anything extraordinary and will also take a fat bonus due to the mart. I think it is dubious and is keeping me awake at night. It is alot of money (in the 10's of thousands) and I am struggling close to most everyone else..
