How would you run in the order of surveying potential Customers?

I enjoy a business perception, and would similar to to go and get opinion on what customers are looking for in the industry of Family Entertainment, and Party Halls. Are in that companies that I should use to ask these Q.s or do I freshly shift "out to the streets" near Questionnaires.. Thanks.

Usually Harris Poll does it for companies. I'm not sure how but if you stand within the streets or shopping arcade some culture would progress for it but other wouldn't want to.
