Can you buy an item of clothing and later resell it for a profit?

If I want to buy an item of clothing from a seller, it is their product, but I consequently want to sell it on my own site (not ebay or anything resembling that, but my own website) for a profit, is that legal? Is it court to do that more than once? Do I then owe that resourceful retailer any money at all if I hold on to purchasing from them their items (that they make and deal in with their brand, logo, etc.)?

Answers:    It is endorsed to re-sell or give away items that you own purchased. That is why there is a thriving bazaar in consignment clothing stores and used disc stores.

You do not have the right to copy the item, or steal the tag bad and put your own name (as if you created the item). But if you buy an Arrow Shirt for $10, and someone buys it from your for $15 - you can keep hold of the $5. That's just "capitalism"

Many folks I know look through used stores for things similar to textbooks (which they might buy for $1 and resell for $20 over the web).

You don't owe the inspired retailer anything - if you bought a couch for $500, and then two years next sold it to a friend for $200 - you don't owe the store where you bought it any money purely because you sold it used.
Since you are buying it from the original retailer, you would owe them zilch more than the pre-agreed upon price.
It is legal to do what you ask, basically before buying abundantly of clothes to do it with, variety sure you would be able to deal in the items at a profit... If everyone can get the tshirt you are selling at 5$ directly from the capitalist for 4$, why would they buy it from you instead?
