Do hourly organization bring compensated for traveling?
Hi All,
I'm an hourly hand at a company and they want to move about to a different country for some work. Do I draw from remunerated for every hour that I'm doing a tour since I'm an hourly member of staff?
Thanks

Generally speaking - no. When you're rotten duty, you're sour duty, regardless of where on earth you are.
Depending on where on earth you live, they might hold to pay envelope for your hotel and meal, and they SHOULD be giving you some sort of bonus, but paying you double-time for every hour of every time you'll be gone?
No, that'd be of late ridiculous from a business standpoint (why not only just hire a local or a troop of locals for smaller number money?)
It sure would be cool if that's how it worked, though! :)
I dont know why dont you ask the HR dept. where on earth you work
Each company have their own policy about this. Also depends if you are unionized.
Here's how we unanimously do it if you're a full time member of staff:
Staff get salaried 8 hour days while travelling both to and from location, (all travel and hotel expenses including 2 meal a light of day covered.) and full hours worked when at the destination, which is usually 8+10 hour days.
Some companies don't pay envelope travel time on the return trip home, but that vary from company to company.
The best style to switch this is to simply transmit your boss things are tight and you're curious how you receive rewarded from the time you move off until the time you grasp home, because a time spent travelling is a daylight of missed work / time near your nearest and dearest.
. NO !...
