Employment issues.?

Work for a small community hosp. Hours are PRN. Recently be changed to 7 days straight 8 hr shifts. Asked if this would be clasified as FT. Was told no we singular hold 3 FT positions. But in attendance are 4 shifts. I come surrounded by when ever in attendance is an initial. Do not budge home rash. And own never said No I can not come surrounded by. Even next to smaller quantity next 30 min mind that I am needed. Well today I said no. I am suppose to be at work tomorrow A.M. (5 o'clock) But they looked-for me to work till 11 this evening and consequently come fund. Is it wrong to surface somewhat beneath appreciated from this company? And should I start sending out resumes? Is this turning into a insensible terminate duty?
