Ebay customer?
i sold an item on ebay and the party is not beaming beside it, it be a dvd boxset within used condition and i stated this past she bought it, they did own scratch on the discs but still worked as i checked past i sold which i also stated very soon the customer is kicking up fuss even and threatening denial feedback becuase of the scratch, even though it be adjectives mentioned previously she bid what can i do to resolve this problem? have anyone have this type of problem?

As have be suggested, if you obtain unenthusiastic feedback, complain to Ebay and also reply to that feedback and agree to everyone know that if the buyer have read your description of the item they would own know what condition the boxset be surrounded by.
May I suggest you look through the 'Help' branch of Ebay and stimulate your memory on how to complain.
If you enjoy already provided your feedback, you will still be capable of reply to the buyers feedback for you.
Unfortunately near are other citizens on Ebay as okay as everywhere else who are never self-satisfied and are constant complainers.
