Why won't eBay concede they made a mistake?
Their feedback policy is so unfair to seller, I feel close to never selling anything else there again. They also are favoring glorious volume sellers at the expense of the small guy. How around a level playing enclosed space?
Answers: You guys don't get it, at hand are many buyers that can't and do not read the item descriptions of their purchase. Then if the hawker left feedback base only on the gift to pay in a hurry then the customer leaves a refusal feedback because they did'nt know what they were buying the trader then take the hit. We will NEVER leave a feedback until we know the buyer is glad with everything.
We hold had two buyers make tracks negative feedback because they thought the item would be much larger even though the exact measurements be clearly on the description. The fact that you wages fast is individual part of the feedback as is communication and both party OVERALL experience. And if you decide not to settle up the item is relisted anyway within 7 days according to the Ebay policy.
You hold to keep within mind that some sellers depend on Ebay as their basic source of income and it's to easy for a buyer to mess that up.
I'm sorry this does not answer your interview, I don't know specifically what your problem is. But it is indeed a pain contained by the you know what to get them to accept anything. But you will be happy to know within the very in the neighbourhood future adjectives sellers, even the power seller will not be able to will feedback for buyers.

How is feedback unmerited? If anything, I think it’s unmerited to buyers. I cannot recall the end time a seller vanished me feedback before I gone it for them. I am confident that some sellers do this so that should I go them less than positive feedback, they can do like to me; THAT is unfair. I other pay in hours of my auction ending, and as far as I can detail that’s the entirety of my responsibilities.
