Does adjectives eBay..?
Does adjectives eBay transport their products by post ?
I own much songs and I want to market them. Can I upload it on eBay and put up for sale them when the customer download them or I must dispatch customers these songs on CDs by e-mail ?

You go the item FIRST, later the customer can download it.
I dont see why you cant do it that course, as long as you hold the resources to know how to distribute the customer a connection to the song they enjoy purchased. There arent any bylaws against electronic transport.
However, in attendance may be a directive against selling someone elses music in bulk form. Its different item to put up for sale unregistered COPIES of an album or a song, than it is to vend the actual medium format of the album (CD, cassette etc.). The artist desires to find rewarded their royalties from the mart of the music.
you can do what you want but selling mp3's is forbidden as nearby is no copy right and selling dodgy cd's is asking for trouble as you may finish off up human being reported and arrested
