I'll be writing for a green tangible estate community who wants some untried verbiage for their sale post. Southern Living magazine is building one of their "concept houses" at this community, and the company requests content reflecting that. I picture the project will give somebody a lift 3-5 hours work time (including revisions) and not including 30 minutes travel and an hour of congress time...
