Registering your one man business in UK?
So I enjoy a mark for a small videography business I want to incorporate and I tried to find several companies I know of on the Companies House webcheck database but they be not on in that. Why is this? is nearby a different place you stipulation to register if your business is for the self-employed one and only?

This depends on the company structure. Sole traders and abiding ltd companies don't called for entail to register. I suppose however if the company have issued shares ( even if they are merely small amounts and are held by the directors or their relitaves) must submit annual accounts to companies house. The aim for this is so that the shareholders and any other investors enjoy access to the company annals
