How do I market my designs to shops wholesale?

I have be appraoched by a clothing store who have asked me for a file of clothing available for wholesale. I have never done this past so I don't know the best way to approach this. What information should I supply. How should I present a listing? And is there anythign I should/shouldn't do?

Answers:    A catalog from manufacture should always include the following:

1. Business Name
2. Address
3. Mission Statement
4. Very brief Biography
5. Table of Contents
6. Products near the following
a. Brief Intro about the Category
b. High Res Image
c. model number
d. detailed description
e. available as
7. Then cessation the catalog with methods of contact.

I will include an example of a catalog surrounded by the sources below.
