I did a full weave for $75 which is below commonplace rates.The client be vastly demanding wanting me to thieve her home after I did her fleece.She found a ride but her ride rushed me to finish her spike. 3 weeks subsequent she call me and told me that her tracks be lifting so i told her no problem! I will fix it for her.We set an appointment for a few days next on a Friday.Friday come she didn't show up or appointment me.I call her several times and didn't catch a return nickname.She after started calling me again the subsequent week.She didn't resign from a message untill the following week dictum I've be avoiding her call and she stipulation to talk to me roughly speaking her coat.I call her vertebrae and explained to her that I am markedly busy and I lost money on Friday waiting for her.I asked her what happen Friday and she said she didn't enjoy her phone on her.I told her that I would do her complete herald over for a discount.she yell and complained she didn't own any more money 4 me.Now she's calling me again desires me to do her hair

do not report her to move about to hell. if you do not want to do her spike be as quiet and as polite as you can. you do not want her to despoil your reputation. try to convince her that while you are a great fleece dresser she would be better finding someone she like better who get hold of better assemble her requests (be thorough you do not downplay your ability freshly stress that it is a character difference, communication problem, scheduling issue (she requirements a stylist who can work around her rota - not sure one exists but i.e. not your problem), etc).

2. if you are worried give or take a few word of mouth and negativecomments affecting your business you can set up one later attempt to revise her curls at your convenience, enunciate on your slowest morning. Let her know that this is the closing time you will set time aside for her to fix her spine ( fix--- not completely redo) if she does not show up next rinse out your hand of her.

I reflect on that you own bent over backwards to lend a hand this client and the certainty that she have an appointment to hold her mane fixed, which she didn't bother to save or terminate is plenty plenty. I believe you did everything possible to endow with fitting customer service. Give this client up as she is trying to pinch pre-eminence of you and (and your shop). In my evaluation you should dispense her another accident and she
may become your 'lover' customer for long.
If she does that again, afterwards you are the boss to decide
and better rebuff her, but by adjectives medium, not axiom any
