Advice on Family business?
I am getting organized to start a family unit run small business in California. What are the law and regs. on "family connections only" working the business? Do I still own to get work comp insurance etc. This will involve my 3 children age 20, 18 and 16. Pleases give support to or if you know of any handy websites.

You might want to check beside the Secretary of State, but I know here, you don't enjoy to enjoy WC unless you hold a payroll. If you pay your people member as 1099 contractors, you don't want to convey WC.
