I sold something on ebay and the buyer didn't receive it. Do I enjoy to repayment their money?
I did write surrounded by the auction that I am not responsible if they do not purchase insurance and they did not. They also salaried by money directive.

I've be an Ebay buyer and merchant for along time. If your auction states that you are not responsible for loss or non-delivery afterwards you do not necessitate to discount. But the other responders are right - the buyer have the right to depart neg feedback - you can respond to it for adjectives to see but the numbers are duplicate. My policy is to agree to the buyer know that appropriate feedback will be gone for them once they hold done like for me - that give me the chance to give notice feedback on them as ably should I perceive they be one unreasonable or rediculous. Also, I will return if I have a feeling that it is worth it but individual the purchase price minus ebay fees (i state this in my auction)- never shipping - if the item be $5 after repayment it and variety insurance a requirement as economically as distribution confirmation on adjectives adjectives public sale (that path it's covered and you know whether they are one honest more or less not recieving it)..if it's substantially more next appropriate the hit - you can't please everyone. Did you ship it by approach of have a tracking number. If you did I would suggest that you try tracking the shipment. If you sent it by the post department you can try to ring up to see if they hold any unclaimed packages. If not I would assume she get it and skirmish her dispute on ebay.
