She emailed me again and say why did her invoice charge her $10 more than the price I told her. PayPal have sent her an invoice totalling a $10 charge for a vendor handling duty. I give her one total but Paypal charged her another Im trial at selling on Ebay so I diden't know how to fix this problem and 2 days latter I said ok this item is free Im sending it to you at no charge. I chomp through the cost of the item and shipping and fees and adjectives that because I diden't want any bleak nurture stern from an angry customer on year 1 of selling. How can I prevent this from arranged again? Does anyone know how to confer to PayPal directly, similar to a phone number or something? Im sure within is a channel I can transfer this within my PayPal settings but I can't find it Help!
