Has anyone in the cleaning business ever...?
I am gap up my own house cleaning business. I do not hold the money right very soon for the insurance and bonding. I am trying to catch a few homes to verbs to acquire the money for the bonding and insurance. Has anyone ever cleaned homes lacking self licensed, insured and bonded?
I'm so upset because I have to turn down 3 offer to verbs due to shortage of insurance/bonding. I own be posting my flyers EVERYWHERE for days gone by week and not a soul have call. The offer I have to turn down be an apartment move-out verbs and 2 model home cleans! I be ratification out fliers door to door when I stumbled accross these. How long does it cart to build clientel? Am I discouraged too soon? My rates are cheap $20/hr...weekly cleans at $30/week. Should I record my prices on my fliers or simply hold them call upon me? HELP!
I am honest and I will transmit respectively client that I AM NOT INSURED.
Advice needed and unbelievably much so appreciated.

I own other have associates verbs myi home for me and I don't assume any of them be ever insured. One woman, however, did enjoy me salary her FICA taxes so she could enjoy a retirement.
Perhaps it may be essential to hold these things when dealing near companies (such as you mentioned), but I don't know that it would be critical contained by doing individual houses.
I wouldn't put the price you are charging on your flyers. In certainty, sometimes I will peruse the classifieds and they are not putting ANY income amts surrounded by them anymore. I only don't cogitate it's done.
