If it is a corporation, and you own 49% of the stock, next the other personality cannot steal that stock from you, but they do own control of the company.
If it is a partnership, and you enjoy a contract stating that you are 49% owner and the other human being is 51% owner, they cannot fire you, but they can dissolve the partnership.
If it's a partnership and near is no contract between you, consequently you automatically own 50%.
