While I register within eBay to deal in, they ask me for money contained by "Register: Confirm Indentity" say me "we require a credit or debit card to confirm your identity"...
How much this tax is? Does anyone know?

I run approx 15 eBay accounts and although I enjoy card verified myself numerous times, not once own I be charged, however if you failure to pay on any selling fees that you eBay, they reserve the right to attempt to run funds from the card.
