I have need of to know the canon and with the sole purpose serious empire answer this Serious quest in the order of asking for donations Help!!?
My children and I have be purchasing arts and crafts for the elderly in the nursing home for a long time very soon we give them our time and attention happily and consistantly. My husband has allowed me to use our own money to purchase the itemsarts and crafts supplies and have never complained, however, he is wanting me to try and find a new solution that will not require our money for this service. . Is it court to ask the community for donations to purchase craft supplies and other materials used for this? I do not want to go through the church as they are the ones who seize the money and decide how it is spent, I want to fashion sure the donation money is being used for that..Is in attendance a way to start my own society for this cause and please dispense advice going on for where I call for to start..I see myself with leadrship skills and a ministrty surrounded by outreach however I want to be in charge of where on earth and how money is spent...Help

Excellent question surely . . . and sadly the answer depends upon where you live within the world. There are not-for-profit organizations, (which you could develop), charities (officially), foundations (again, would be charitable and/or not-for-profit)
Then in that is the town/city that you live in . . . copious ask that you have a "licence" (usually low cost) to "collect" funds from ancestors for a particular end in. Remember that the children and or adults that come to your door asking for a donation? They would have a licence to do that.
If you live surrounded by a city . .. call the city department first and ask the questions nearby. They will guide you on that level. If you're going for the larger bigger and more long residence answer . . . and form a not-for-profit and/or family and friends structure you'll have to contact your state/province and ask almost the particular rulings within your vincinity.
