If you work for a staffing agency and they foot you but when you step change the check it bounces what am I to do?
Answers: Whoa! That's Really BAD that they don't have satisfactory CASH in their story or a line of credit to collect their payroll.
If I were surrounded by Your Shoes, I would demand replacement of check and cost in currency or partial cash...
At same time I would start circulating your resume and find another post or temp agency.
Also I once had a similar problem next to a bad tenant and recommend you do what I did to avoid BOUNCE CHECK PENALTIES surrounded by the future. That is, the Temp Agency does business next to a local bank show on your payroll check, other take that payroll check to the desk clerk of their local bank and explain your situation, next teller as a rule will look at your Temp Agency's balance and if satisfactory to cash your check, they will do so at the counter and offer you ca$h in return as in good health as freezing that check amount. Otherwise, they should advise you to come vertebrae later and perchance you should go rear to Temp Agency. If it happens too several times, one day your payroll checks will be no biddable and the Temp Agency will have gone out of business...
Hope the Above Info Helps and Best of Luck!
Tell them it bounced and you obligation your pay.
